Working principle

Solar panels, also known as photovoltaic (pv) panels, is a kind of photoelectric semiconductor wafers that converts sunlight into electrical energy to generate electricity directly. In simple terms, the working principle of solar panels is light ---- electricity direct conversion . When sunlight hits the solar panels, which will directly convert the solar energy into electricity, thereby generating an electric current. For greater power output, multiple solar panels can be connected to each other to form a solar module.

Differences between N-type and P-type solar panels

1、The doped elements are different, P-type solar panels doped boron elements, forming N/P-type structure; N-type solar panels are doped with phosphorus to form P/N-type structures.
2、The production process of P-type solar panels is simpler than N-type, and the cost is lower. The N-type TOPCon battery adds 3 processes, requires more mature and complex technology, and has a higher cost, but it can achieve higher power and longer service life at the same solar panel size.
3、P-type solar panel is mainly based on 9/10/11 grid, while the N-type is mainly based on 16 grid.

How to install solar panels?

Solar panel installation is mainly divided into several steps:

2、Determine the number and layout of solar panels and install solar panel brackets;

3、Connect batteries, controllers and energy storage devices;
